Cocooning

Saturday evening. I am home. Strange?

I have given away the complimentary ticket for Stereo MC's (someone's very lucky tonight!).

It's good to be home for a change. Too much socialising lately. New people, new friends, new places, lots of gigs. I don't complain, it was fun, but sometimes it's also fun to be home alone.

Feels good on the sofa, jumpers on, favourite music playing, teapot on the coffee table, magazines, comics. And how convenient... the phone doesn't ring (it's off the hook).

I don't know if Bjork had this in mind when she used the words "domestic bliss" but I think this is quite close.
