Vegetarian kokkinisto (for Anthony & Anna)

You will need:

1 package of frozen quorn

1 medium onion finely chopped

1 green pepper finely chopped

1 can of chopped tomatoes (you can use fresh tomatoes if you feel very creative)

3 bay leaves

3 cloves

1/2 glass of water

2 garlic cloves crushed

Generous portion of olive oil

1 tablespoon of sugar

salt & pepper

Heat the olive oil and saute the onion and the quorn until the onion gets golden. Add all the rest and turn the heat down. Let it cook covered for about 80 minutes. Serve with french fries or rice.
